App Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies only to Version 1.0 of Visible Choice for iPhone (the “App”).

No data collection

Visible Choice does not collect personal data or any other data from the App. The App does not require an account and contains no advertising, tracking, analytics, developer-operated crash reporting, third-party SDKs, or cloud image processing. It does not send your photos, edits, identifiers, activity, or location to us or to a Visible Choice server. Because we collect no App data, we do not sell or disclose App data.

Local processing and your choices

You choose a photo through Apple’s system photo picker. The App receives only the item you select and processes it locally on your iPhone. It does not upload the photo, previews, editing choices, or final edit to us.

When you finish, the App creates a new temporary export on your device and opens Apple’s share sheet. It does not intentionally overwrite the source. The App removes its current temporary export when it is replaced or cleared; iOS may otherwise retain it until temporary storage is purged or the App is deleted. A copy you save or send is controlled by you and the destination you choose.

Apple separately handles App Store, TestFlight, purchase, iCloud, device, and optional diagnostic information under Apple’s privacy policy. If you enable Apple’s setting to share diagnostics with app developers, Apple may make reports available to us. The App has no separate diagnostic transmitter, and we use Apple-provided reports only to investigate reliability and security.

Support

Support is optional and occurs outside the App. If you email us, we and our email provider receive what you choose to send. We use it only to answer your request, investigate problems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed and will honor deletion requests unless retention is legally or reasonably required. Please do not send a photo unless it is necessary and you are comfortable sharing it.

Deletion and choices

The App has no Visible Choice account, media server, or cloud project library. Deleting the App removes its app-local data according to iOS behavior; copies previously saved or sent elsewhere remain in those destinations. Because the App collects nothing, there is no collection consent to revoke or server-side App record to request or delete.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We will update this Policy before a material change to the App’s data practices takes effect and revise the effective date above. Questions and support-data deletion requests can be sent to support@visiblechoice.app.
