Troubleshooting questions

The app cannot open my photo. What should I try?

Confirm that the item is a still photo and is available on the iPhone. If it is stored in iCloud, allow Photos time to retrieve it. Video, RAW, and HDR workflows are outside the version 1.0 launch scope.

Why might previews take longer on some photos?

Visible Choice renders its choices locally. Very large photos and older devices may need more time. If the progress indicator does not clear, note which editing space and round you were using before contacting support.

I cannot save or share my result. What should I check?

Confirm that the iPhone has free storage and that the destination selected in Apple’s share sheet is available. Try another export format or destination, then include the failed format and destination in a support message.

What should I include in a support message?

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, the steps you took, what you expected, and what happened instead. Remove names, locations, and other sensitive information.

Can I send a photo for diagnosis?

Not by default. Begin with a description and device details. Attach a screenshot only when necessary, and never send an original photo unless support specifically asks and you consent.

How quickly will you reply?

We respond within one week.

Press and creator information

Visible Choice is a choice-based photo editor for people who know when a photo looks wrong but do not want color terminology or dozens of sliders. The launch promise is: choose a look, recover a decision, compare with the original, and save a new copy locally. A public store/TestFlight link and press kit download are pending the approved release.
